The LBW400 injection cleaning system

1. Start engine 5-10 min. Ensure the engine is at operating temperature. Switch off the engine.
2. Disconnect power to the fuel pump.
3. Disconnect the main fuel inlet line.
4. Select adaptor to connect pressure regulator and fuel inlet.
5. Make sure the pressure regulator valve is closed. Screw the LBW 400 can onto the can adaptor. Place the can into the holder hook.
6. Open the regulator valve until the required fuel pressure (commonly 2.0- 3.0 bar) is indicated on the gauge.
7. Start the engine. When the contents of the LBW 400 can are fully expelled, the engine will stop.
