Testing the air-conditioning unit

Two large, easy-to-read manometers on the front panel assist the technician in testing and performing diagnostics on the air-conditioning unit.

Refrigerant recovery

The refrigerant is treated during the recovery process so that it can be used again immediately. The device accurately measures the amount of refrigerant recovered.

Oil separation

After each recovery process, the oil is collected in a highly efficient heat exchanger/oil separator and manually drained into an oil tank located at the rear of the machine.

Evacuation

The powerful two-stage vacuum pump creates a deep vacuum and ensures that residual moisture is removed from the system.

Oil injection and/or UV dye injection

Oil injection is carried out manually. The quantity can be easily measured using the calibrated oil tank at the rear of the machine. After evacuation, the oil can be injected through the high-pressure service hose.

Refrigerant charging

Enter the correct filling quantity on the keypad and the device does the rest. It is also possible to control the filling quantity manually.
